You may be feeling unhappy, frustrated, or low. You may feel stuck in unhelpful or negative patterns of behaviour. You may feel anxious, stressed or depressed.
If so it is likely you have already worked hard to resolve things and move forward.
You may have clear goals and a clear idea of what needs to be changed. Or you may have a more general feeling that things are just not right, without being able to work out why.
If any of this applies to you, psychotherapy may help and may be worth investing in.
You do not have to be feeling desperate or in crisis to benefit from psychotherapy.
